The Broadband Program Office (the “NYS BPO” or “BPO”) of the New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a/ Empire State Development (“ESD”) hereby issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) to seek input from qualified parties to inform the preparation of guidelines for and structure of the New NY Broadband Program. The deadline to submit responses to the Request for Information is October 30, 2015.
